About
Aroutis Foster is assistant professor of Learning Technologies in the School of Education at Drexel University. His research has focused on the theoretical, design, cognitive, assessment, and motivational aspects related to the use of immersive digital technologies including games, virtual worlds, simulations, and computer based learning environments. Dr. Foster teaches courses at both the masters and doctoral levels at the School of Education in the area of digital media, game-based learning, technology, and design. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters and received awards for his research. He lives (virtually) at http://www.aroutis.org
